2012 sees at least many large sporting events in Europe, the UEFA Euro 2012 Football Championships, the 2012 Tour de France, and Summer of 2012 in the United Kingdom.
The London 2012 Olympic Games will be held in London and across the UK from 27 July to 12 August 2012, followed by the Paralympic Games from 29 August to 9 September 2012.
These events are going to be heavily attended, and availability of motorhomes will be strictly limited. We are suggesting booking your motorhome several months in advance. You might think that a month in advance would be enough, but you would be unlikely to rent a motorhome if you left it that late!
Also, don't forget, for travelling to the United Kingdom, you would be able to rent a motorhome anywhere in Europe, and take it over to England on the ferry. This would allow you to take advantage of a wider choice of locations and special offers for your motorhome holiday.
